Hello there, my name is Iva, the founder of Kaleo. I was born and raised in Croatia, but somehow ended up speaking English and Spanish like a native (thanks to a series of questionable life choices that clearly God guided me through). But hey, I guess all those adventures had a silver lining – realizing that faith is the foundation that has kept me grounded and resilient through life’s toughest challenges. I want to be an example that our challenges can serve as stepping stones to fulfill a bigger purpose. That’s how Kaleo was born. I grew up as an athlete and sport plays a big role in my life, as well as my love for fashion. When creating each piece, I focus on three core elements: using high-quality materials, ensuring comfort for those who lead an active lifestyle, and offering oversized, cozy sets that cater to those who love relaxed and effortless fashion. All while designing each piece that carries significance beyond just fabrics, as a reminder to live with purpose in all aspects of life.
